Start with your hand relaxed and fingers extended.

Fold down all your fingers towards your palm, except for the middle finger.

Keep your middle finger fully extended, pointing upwards.

The other fingers, namely the index finger, ring finger, and pinky, should be curled inward, held by the thumb or resting against the palm.
